With my many years of experience in the wedding & event business (part of the team of Silver best of Springs winner 2015), I can ensure that your day runs smoothly, covering every detail. The day of execution is my specialty.
With my day of coordination services, any rental from our company receives a 10% discount.

Service Includes:
The services in this package include the lead coordinator of ConTessa Events for your day of coordination.
- Complimentary consultation
- Develop your event timeline
- Ceremony & Reception site walk through (client secures location(s)
- Floor plan assistance for guest seating & location of sweetheart table
- Coordinate logistics with venue and vendors (cake table, beverage station, buffet, DJ, bar, guest book table, etc.)
- Distribute Event Timeline with vendors
- 30 day walk-through of venue/ceremony site
- Oversee set up of Ceremony & Reception site
- Set up all personal items (favors, cake items, table numbers, place cards, etc.)
- Coordinate Reception formalities
- Deliver final payment and/or gratuities to vendors
- Ensure all Ceremony & Reception items are packed and placed in a designated location
- Up to 8 hours on site for ceremony and reception
- On-going etiquette advice
- On-going communication with phone and email support
